01How do I book an airport transfer?+
Use the online form to send your address, airport, date, flight details, passenger count and contact information. We check the request and confirm it personally.
02Is the online request immediately binding?+
No. The request becomes binding only after we have checked availability, route and vehicle requirements and sent you a personal confirmation.
03Can I request a fixed price?+
Yes. A fixed price can be offered after the complete route, date, passenger count, luggage and vehicle requirements have been checked.
04Can I book a return pickup after landing?+
Yes. Please provide your flight number, scheduled arrival, airport and destination address. The meeting point and procedure are confirmed in advance.
05What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Please inform us of relevant changes as soon as possible. The confirmed pickup arrangements and contact channel apply to the individual booking.
06Can I request child seats or a larger vehicle?+
Yes. Child seats, booster seats, larger vehicles, additional luggage and accessibility requirements should be included in the booking request.
